About Us
We are a permaculture hostel in southern Sicily. Founded in 2021 by Siri and Paul.
What is vacation versus hand?
With us, you'll have the chance to learn more about the processes in a hostel and/or permaculture and try things out. We also offer a glimpse into our community – we go shopping together (and share the costs financially), cook together, and spend social evenings together.
Holiday for hire is a cooperation between VELA VEGA and you as a holidaymaker, where you receive free accommodation or a room in our villa.
In return, we would like your support in the house and garden and in the implementation of the permaculture project for 20 hours per week.
What kind of tasks are there?

Housework / Guest care
Crafts
Previous experience is not essential, but rather the passion to advance the VELA VEGA project and the willingness to be helpful/tidy.
